Week 1: WORK Mon/Tue OFF Wed/Thu WORK Fri/Sat/Sun

Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Load, feed, and oversee automated production lines manufacturing high-quality vinyl siding and building materials.
- Quality Assurance: Execute visual checks on finished items, sorting out defects to preserve product standards.
- Packaging & Crating: Efficiently bundle, wrap, and prep finished goods for shipping.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep workstations organized, hazard-free, and compliant with plant safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside shift supervisors to hit steady daily production metrics.
Qualifications
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Plant Environment: Comfortable working in a warm, active, fast-paced industrial setting.
- Reliability: Punctual, with dependable transportation to commit to your chosen 7:00–7:00 schedule.
- Core Skills: Solid hand-eye coordination and strong English communication skills (written/verbal) for logs and safety directions.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a pre-employment background screening.
