Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of demonstrated experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading moderate to large-scale technical implementations.
• Proven experience working with Crown corporations, with a deep understanding of their unique requirements, processes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Formal project education or certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools, including kanban/agile styles and work management platforms like Jira, with experience leading agile teams to project success.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
