We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Creative Solutions Coordinator to join a growing team supporting exciting creative, marketing, and customer communication initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside talented designers, writers, editors, and product teams while gaining exposure to large-scale projects within a dynamic organization.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity ending July 2027, with the possibility for extension or full-time conversion for the right candidate.

As demand continues to grow, the team is looking for a coordinator who can bring organization, efficiency, and strong collaboration skills to support day-to-day operations and help creative teams deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities
As the Project Coordinator, you’ll help manage projects from intake through completion, ensuring teams stay aligned and deliverables are completed smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate creative, product design, and localization requests from intake through final delivery
Manage project workflows, priorities, timelines, approvals, and handoffs across multiple teams
Support French localization activities, including preparing files, coordinating translation workflows, and managing approvals
Maintain project trackers, asset libraries, and reporting documentation
Support proofing processes and coordinate reviews with internal stakeholders
Assist with vendor management, invoice tracking, purchase orders, and budget administration
Help onboard new team members by coordinating access to systems and tools
Act as a point of contact for questions, ensuring requests are routed to the right teams
Support process improvements and special projects as needed
Qualifications
You’re someone who loves organization, problem-solving, and working with people. You can balance multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and bring a proactive mindset to a busy environment.
You bring:
1–2+ years of project coordination or project management experience (open to candidates with strong relevant experience)
Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder expectations
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Strong judgment and the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately
Nice-to-Have Experience
The following experience will help you stand out:
Financial services, operations, process improvement, or similar industry experience
French language skills (bilingual candidates are highly valued; intermediate/basic French is also considered an asset)
Experience with creative/project management tools such as:
Adobe Workfront
Google Workspace
Adobe Acrobat
Figma
Trados
Experience with email marketing platforms such as:
Taxi for Email
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
HubSpot
Knak
Chamaileon
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and email development best practices
Training will be provided on internal systems and tools, so we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
