As the Project Coordinator, you will be the vital link between design, purchasing, and production. You will be responsible for reviewing technical specifications, compiling Bills of Materials (BOMs), and coordinating the selection of components for industrial burner upgrades, automation systems, and electrical control panels.

Responsibilities
Technical Review: Analyze project specifications, wiring schematics, and mechanical layout drawings to identify necessary components.
BOM Management: Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and project pick lists.
Procurement Support: Partner with the Purchasing Department to order parts, track long-lead items, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Production Liaison: Collaborate with the Production Manager to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to track project progress and communicate technical requirements to external vendors.
Qualifications
Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology (Electrical focus is strongly preferred over Mechanical).
Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in a technical/manufacturing setting.
Technical Proficiency: * Must-have: Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Assets: Experience with Autodesk Inventor and ERP systems (e.g., Sage/Accpac, SAP).
Electrical Fundamentals: Solid understanding of motor power supply, protection sizing, fuse selection, and automation concepts.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in HVAC or the combustion industry is a major asset but not required.
Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in managing complex technical documentation.
Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Growth Mindset: An open-minded approach with a strong willingness to learn specialized industrial technology.
