Our client, a global consulting firm, is looking for a bilingual project coordinator for their office in downtown Montreal to replace a one year maternity leave.
Advantages

Responsibilities
•Administrative point of contact to support business relationships
•Coordination of internal and external meetings
-Administrative HR tasks
-Supporting client relationships
•Coordinate travel schedule, both domestic and international.
•Draft letters of engagement and reports; provide proofreading support to team members
•Prepare and submit accurate expense report and reconcile credit card statements
•Creating/editing PowerPoint presentations, company proposals and company documents
•Updating database as required
-Coordination of complex, detail focused projects, ensuring that every step is executed flawlessly
.-Collecting and organizing data, and then formatting, proofing and delivery of reports
•Act as main point of contact for client(s) and ensure continuous follow-ups
•Coordinate weekly status calls with clients.
-Calendar management and schedule coordination
•Reconcile monthly AMEX statements with expense reimbursements.
•Monitor accounts receivable aging report on a weekly basis and address outstanding payments with revenue manager and client
-Invoicing as required
Qualifications
-Comfortable working with senior executives

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Collaborative, supportive, trustworthy, team-player
▪Outstanding oral and written communication skills in French and English
-Willingness and drive to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and priorities and meet aggressive project goals in a timely fashion
-Experience working successfully within an integrated, team-oriented environment.
-Personal maturity and business acumen
-Strong presentation skills consistent with a top-tier professional services environment
-Extremely organized with detailed project planning and attention to detail
-Expert level experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Ability to generate high volume of documents with ease
-Experience with travel arrangements both domestic and international
-Experience with daily interaction with clients and high-level, C-Suite executives.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Great stress management and ability to stay calm under pressure
Our Client operates across Canada, and globally/internationally in the United States and other countries. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
-communicate with English-speaking clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a regular basis
-work on client projects, products or deliverables that are required to be delivered to clients in English
