As a coordonnateur de projets, you will be the central pivot between the job site, the professionals, and the management team. This crucial role consists of ensuring impeccable administrative and technical follow-up to guarantee the success of our large-scale achievements in the West Island of Montreal.

Responsibilities
The daily life of a coordonnateur de projets is paced by various tasks aimed at operational efficiency:
Ensure constant liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team.
Rigorously monitor project progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Process invoices, create purchase orders, and ensure follow-up of construction budgets.
Manage technical documentation, including plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
Take charge of administrative aspects related to CNESST and CCQ for construction sites.
Maintain up-to-date compliance registers for partners (RBQ, insurance).
Collaborate on calls for tenders, price analysis, and administrative file closing.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on various job sites.
Qualifications
To succeed as a coordonnateur de projets, we are looking for the following profile:
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a general contractor.
Possess solid experience or relevant training in the construction field.
Demonstrate excellent proficiency with MS Office suite software (particularly Excel).
Be comfortable with modern management tools (asset for Asana, SharePoint, or Stack).
Show autonomy, proactivity, and a strong problem-solving capacity.
Be able to work under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Have excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
