In this high-ownership role, you will lead medium to complex initiatives supporting talent acquisition operations, recruitment technology, compliance, and operational readiness. This is an end-to-end project management position requiring a self-starter who can independently assess business challenges, navigate ambiguity, develop strategic recommendations, and drive execution from concept through post-implementation stabilization. Operating across cross-functional HR, technology, and business teams, you will evaluate operational needs, mitigate project risks, and implement scalable solutions that drive measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid (3 days per month on-site)

Responsibilities
Initiative Ownership: Lead assigned medium-to-complex cross-functional projects supporting Talent Acquisition Operations, or serve as a dedicated workstream lead within larger enterprise transformations.
Strategic Assessment & Design: Evaluate complex operational challenges, identify root causes, assess business impacts, and develop scalable technical/procedural recommendations.
End-to-End Delivery: Develop comprehensive project plans, track critical dependencies, manage competing priorities, and execute delivery from initial discovery through go-live.
Risk & Issue Governance: Proactively identify implementation risks, compliance gaps, and operational bottlenecks, developing effective mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver clear executive-level presentations, status updates, and briefings.
Qualifications
Professional Experience: 5+ years of dedicated project management, program management, or business operations experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Autonomous Delivery Track Record: Proven ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable execution plans with minimal oversight.
Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities paired with exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
Software Tooling Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Direct experience supporting Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or HR Operations.
Experience working with Workday and modern recruitment technology ecosystems.
Familiarity with global or multi-country business initiatives.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks) and operational change management principles.
