Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Execution: Plan, schedule, and oversee daily social media execution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging channels.
Retail & E-Commerce Integration: Align social content calendars with promotional schedules, retail partner launches (e.g., Target, Amazon, Walmart), and direct-to-consumer product drops to maximize sales conversion.
Content Strategy & Production: Oversee creative direction for short-form video content (Reels/TikToks), working closely with internal design teams and external creators to drive viral, dynamic storytelling.
Influencer & Creator Network Leadership: Manage existing creator and influencer relationships, ensuring partner deliverables arrive on schedule and align with key retail launch dates.
Community Management & Listening: Monitor brand sentiment, trending audio, and cultural moments to position our products natively within online conversations.
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (engagement, reach, CTR, conversion), deliver weekly leadership insights, and optimize strategy mid-campaign.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in social media management, with direct experience supporting Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), household technology, or retail brands.
Contract Readiness: Proven track record of stepping into interim, maternity-leave, or agency coverage roles and immediately executing with minimal ramp-up time.
Platform Expertise: Advanced mastery of native platform tools (TikTok Creator Marketplace, Instagram Professional Dashboard, YouTube Studio) alongside enterprise social management suites (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Dash Hudson, etc.).
Short-Form Video Fluency: Deep understanding of short-form content creation, algorithm nuances, trending sound identification, and community engagement tactics tailored to modern retail shoppers.
Analytical Aptitude: Strong ability to translate social engagement data into actionable commercial insights for marketing and sales stakeholders.
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and storytelling ability, capable of adapting a premium product voice across diverse audience segments.
