Qualifications
5–7 years of experience managing complex technology projects
Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Retail/e-commerce experience preferred; SAP exposure an asset
Confident managing stakeholders; self-driven, ownership mindset
Nice to have: CSM/PSM, PMP, or SAFe certifications
