Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the property management team
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and tenant inquiries in a professional manner
Assist with preparing correspondence, reports, notices, and documentation
Maintain and update tenant files, databases, and property records
Support work order coordination and follow-ups with vendors and contractors
Help organize property inspections, appointments, and scheduling needs
Handle mail distribution, filing, data entry, and general office duties
Ensure a positive and professional office environment by supporting team needs as they arise
Qualifications
1–2 years of administrative experience; property management experience is an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a client-facing environment
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site Monday through Friday
