A fast-growing company specializing in rental management is looking for a Property Manager to join their team in the Sainte-Marie neighborhood.
You’ll be helping two rental managers with their day-to-day work, especially when it comes to following up with tenants. You will be the main point of contact for their requests, from maintenance issues to questions about their files.

Responsibilities
• Ensure high-quality customer service by responding to tenant requests and concerns quickly and professionally.
• Efficiently coordinate communications and interventions between tenants, service providers, and management.
• Plan and organize preventative and corrective maintenance for portfolio buildings.
• Manage, coordinate, and track repair and maintenance work, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Handle move-in and move-out management, including property inspections (entry/exit) to assess property condition.
• Rigorously control the quality of work performed by external suppliers and contractors.
• Maintain excellent administrative organization and documentation related to property management.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in property management or a similar operational role.
• Expert-level bilingualism (French/English) is required for communication with English-speaking clients.
• Knowledge of and experience in preventative and corrective building maintenance.
• Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Building Stack, Hopem) is a major asset.
• Valid driver's license
