The position is specifically designed to complement and support the current Property Administrator. Both role holders must be capable of understanding and executing each other's responsibilities as needed (cross-training/support).

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and concerns.
Follow up on open files and ensure timely resolution.
Send mass communications to tenants (seasonal notices, maintenance alerts, etc.).
Support the preparation of leases, renewals, rent increases, and occupancy monitoring.
Conduct regular building tours and report maintenance concerns.
Coordinate minor manual tasks and place service calls as needed.
Maintain updated records of staff attendance, incidents, and schedules.
Assist with organizing meetings, maintaining to-do lists, and documenting team updates.
Work directly with the CEO and other team leads to align operations with strategic priorities.
Keep emergency responder information and equipment manuals up to date.
Respond to emergency issues as required.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Property Administrator (or equivalent role).
Bilingual (French and English) is mandatory.
Comfortable in a small, evolving environment where structure is still being developed.
Organized, adaptable, and resourceful — you are a person who gets things done.
Interested in long-term growth within a company that values initiative.
Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Critical thinking skills.
