The position is specifically designed to complement and support the current Building Manager. Both role holders should be able to understand and carry out each other's responsibilities if needed (cross support). While both are responsible for the overall functionality of the buildings, this role will focus more on HR, tenant services, operations supervision, and tracking internal processes to ensure service standards are met.

Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and concerns.
Follow up on open cases (tickets) and ensure timely resolution.
Send mass communications to tenants (seasonal notices, maintenance alerts, etc.).
Maintain a tenant-focused approach by handling situations with care, empathy, and professionalism.
Support lease preparation, renewals, rent increases, and occupancy tracking.
Ensure that tenant files, deposits, and lease documents are properly filed and accessible.
Assist with posting vacant units and follow up as needed.
Manage and track rental requests along with the related documentation.
Update and maintain digital records through the company's software system.
Qualifications
Experience: 5 years or more experience as a Property Manager (or equivalent role).
Bilingualism: Strong command of English and French (spoken and written).
Adaptability: Very comfortable in a small, fast-changing environment where structure and processes are still being developed.
Profile: Organized, independent, and resourceful — you’re action-oriented and know how to get things done.
Long-term vision: Strong interest in growing within a company that values initiative and autonomy.
Key skills: Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, critical thinking, and project management abilities.
Our Client operates across Canada, and globally/internationally in the United States and other countries. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
