The successful candidate will have at least four years of demonstrated experience, particularly with employee relations and working with unionized employees. This role works closely with with HR team to support all areas of employee relations, including coaching, performance management, and full-cycle recruitment.Location: Hamilton, ONOn-Site: full-time
