The Division, which employs close to 3,400 people, owns six containerboard mills and nineteen corrugated products plants in Canada and the United States.Your challenge!Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Design Supervisor’s mission is to support the sales growth strategy and ensure its implementation. You manage the employees of the Technical and Graphics Department while ensuring the quality of their work and its compliance with standards, regulations and procedures in effect as well as with customer needs. You help coordinate deadlines for all requests from the Sales team relating to the preparation of technical or graphic specifications. You are responsible for improving existing tools and processes and sparking your team’s creativity.
