The coordinators primary focus is to welcome new employees on their first day of work, provide instructions on the "do's" and "don'ts" of the warehouse, and register them on the timeclocks! The successful candidate will be required to work as an on-site coordinator at our client location in Mississauga (MUST have access to a car). A typical "day" of work consists of being on-site for 1 to 3 hours to conduct new hire orientations, and you will be expected to conduct 4-5 orientations per week. Orientations typically start at 11 pm and last approximately 1-3 hours (depending on the size of the group of new hires).
