      Your challenge!Reporting to the Maintenance Manager - Operations, the Plant Engineer’s mission is to participate in the deployment of his or her unit's operational strategy by providing technical support for equipment and rigorously applying business processes. You therefore ensure that trials and continuous improvement projects run smoothly in order to limit their impact on the plant's activities. You also ensure that your unit's OHS objectives are met by supporting the supervisor in applying good maintenance and reliability practices and by maximizing equipment availability, quality and efficiency.
