Responsibilities
- Orchestrate actions related to customer requests (Pickup and delivery) across Quebec and Ontario
- Ensure the coordination of appointments with our clients
- Ensure compliance with the different laws
- Work closely with the logistics team and the department director
- Overseeing 20 drivers a day
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of various transportation softwares
- Experience with QC/Ontario lanes
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Degree in transportation and logistics / supply chain (asset)
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
