Responsibilities
Lead all quality assurance efforts for the Data Retention project, from strategy and planning to execution and reporting.
Analyze functional and technical requirements to develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (both manual and automated).
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, providing test estimates, communicating status updates, and raising potential issues.
Validate complex data transformations and ensure the integrity of data within ETL processes and data warehouse environments.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's test automation framework and CI/CD practices.
Act as the team's data quality champion, guiding other team members on testing best practices and producing key quality indicators.
Qualifications
5 to 8 years of experience specifically in data warehouse quality assurance.
Excellent knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL, with significant hands-on experience with Snowflake databases.
Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) techniques and processes.
Solid knowledge of quality assurance best practices and experience with both manual and automated testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and their application in a testing context.
Full professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Assets:
Knowledge of IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services).
Experience in the property insurance domain.
