📝 Your Mission
Reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor, your main mission will be to ensure that client specifications and the very strict quality criteria of the aerospace industry are met at all stages of manufacturing.
🛠️ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Perform very strict quality control tests in the darkroom to examine and test assemblies, particularly to ensure luminance compliance.
Meticulously examine the layout and installation of cables, sub-assemblies, and components to detect assembly errors.
Compare the assembly with the parts list to detect any missing hardware.
Examine the alignment of parts and measure dimensions to ensure conformity with specifications.
Review production documents to ensure all assembly, inspection, and testing steps have been performed according to standards.
Rigorously complete inspection reports and other quality documents.
Qualifications
âś… What You Need to Succeed
Requirements
Must hold Canadian permanent residency (mandatory).
Relevant experience in the manufacturing sector and/or in quality inspection.
Excellent ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Very good knowledge of the Windows environment and the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent visual acuity, essential for small assembly and inspection.
Assets (Strongly Considered)
Experience in micro-soldering and/or small component assembly (keyboards, PCBs, etc.).
Bilingualism (French and English).
