Responsibilities
-Approve incoming materials
-Perform first article, in-process, and finished inspections
-Complete inspection documentation
-Approve in process inspection on manufacturing floor, set up in-process inspection sheets for machinists, and verify customer drawings requirements
-Carefully stamp-off manufacturing work instructions
-Document and generate such forms and reports as: corrective actions, scrap reports, non-conformance reports, and any other quality records
-Ensure that tools and instruments are calibrated and documented
Qualifications
-Degree or Diploma in a related field
-2+ years of experience in quality machine shop or related environment
-Ability to help machinists on the floor, and review technical drawings
-Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office 365
-Ability to work overtime shifts as required
