Responsibilities
Collecting payments from assigned customer accounts
Ensuring payments are made within credit terms
Contacting customers verbally and in writing
Discussing and resolving disputed issues, if any
Reviewing customer accounts with clients as needed (meetings)
Reviewing customer account status with the manager
Reviewing the aged balance of accounts receivable before closing
Reviewing credit requests and opening new accounts, establishing credit limits, and identifying risk levels
Qualifications
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in credit and collections
Strong computer skills, especially in Excel (V-Lookup, V-search)
Dynamic and strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, efficient, and resourceful
Bilingual, English and French - Inuktitut would be an asset
Responsible and reliable
Knowledge of an ERP software (an asset)
