Key Information
Training: One full day of job shadowing (pairing)
Dates: Coverage during days off and vacation – Monday, August 4; Tuesday, August 5; Wednesday, August 6; and Thursday, August 7
Location: In-person – Sherbrooke
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch break)
Salary: $25 to $27 / hour

Client Experience: Prepare and serve beverages; ensure clients' comfort during their wait.
Meeting Room Logistics: Prepare meeting rooms, ensure cleanliness, and verify that audiovisual equipment is functioning properly before each appointment.
Administrative Management: Receive incoming mail and packages.
Work Environment: Maintain the impeccable upkeep and prestige of the common areas.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and a highly polished presentation. Ensure daily communication with English-speaking clients and partners outside of Quebec.
Intermediate English level - communicate with English-speaking partners located outside Quebec on a regular basis
Proficient with technology tools (Microsoft Teams, Office suite).
Experience in high-end customer service (hospitality, corporate reception, or VIP lounge).
Great discretion and strong interpersonal skills.
