To support their team in the East of Montreal, they are currently looking for a dynamic and professional individual to fill a bilingual receptionist position.

Responsibilities
Warmly greet visitors, clients, and suppliers at the front desk.
Manage the multi-line phone system (answer, screen, and route incoming calls).
Provide outstanding customer service in both French and English.
Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
Offer light administrative support as needed (filing, basic data entry).
Qualifications
Essential Bilingualism: Excellent proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written
Previous experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative support role.
Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Autonomy and a quick learner.
