Our client, located in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Quebec, is looking for a dynamic, efficient, and reliable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their close-knit team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your initiative directly impacts day-to-day operations, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities
-Manage incoming calls and emails; route inquiries and follow up with a professional and helpful demeanor
-Coordinate and track tenant service calls and maintenance requests in collaboration with the Property Manager
-Maintenance requests in conjunction with property manager
-Prepare, verify and execute cheque deposits
-Prepare letters for mailing
-Filing and scanning documents
-Maintain inventory of office supplies
-Prepare landscaping and snow removal contracts; maintain up-to-date files for tenant cleaning and ventilation contracts
-Data entry for financial transactions
-Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
-Bilingual in both French and English
-5+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role (Real Estate industry experience is a significant asset)
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (specifically Excel), knowledge of Yardi systems a bonus
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
-Team player who is willing to jump in and assist outside of core role when needed
Our Client operates across Canada. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
-communicate with English-speaking clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a daily basis
-work on client projects, products or deliverables that are required to be delivered to clients in English
