We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized receptionist and sales support to join our team. This individual is responsible for ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience while providing administrative support to the sales department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, proactive, and professional in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders. They are able to coordinate administrative tasks efficiently, support the sales team with dayto-day activities, and maintain clear communication across departments to help ensure smooth operations and a high level of service.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals
Coordinate and route calls efficiently to ensure timely communication Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch mail, courier packages, and deliveries
Maintain reception security procedures, including visitor access control and updated access lists
Distribute customer orders and requests received by email to the appropriate Inside Sales Representative based on assigned regions Support the reporting and follow-up of issues related to B2B customer orders
Perform various administrative duties, including electronic filing, office supply coordination, and general clerical support
Provide additional administrative and operational support as required
Qualifications
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Proficiency with multi-line telephone systems
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Experience with NetSuite is considered an asset
Previous experience in reception or administrative support roles
2-3 years in a similar position
Strong customer service
Bilingualism is required; French and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of lighting (an asset).
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
