Responsibilities
Greeting & Communication: Greet patients and provide high-quality customer service.
Inquiries: Answer phone calls and emails while courteously communicating all necessary information to patients.
Administrative Management: Book patient appointments and manage medical results using the clinic's software, Myle.
Data Entry: Perform rigorous data entry and all other related tasks associated with the role.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position is required. Experience in the medical field is considered a strong asset.
Language Skills: Full fluency in both English and French, both spoken and written.
Technical Skills: Knowledge and mastery of the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to quickly learn new electronic medical record, appointment, and billing software.
Personal Profile: Self-confidence, strong relationship skills, and a professional, organized approach with a high attention to detail.
