Are you organized, dynamic, and able to multitask while providing an exceptional level of service? We are seeking a bilingual candidate with a strong sense of professionalism, who is a quick learner and available to work from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

- Permanent full time position, 100% in office, with a shift of 12-7pm

- VIP medical care through rapid onsite access to their nurses and physicians
- 3 weeks paid vacation (one week must be taken between Christmas and New Years day
- Access to health services at an employee discount
- Work with a dynamic interdisciplinary team
- Accessible by public transit
Responsibilities
- Greet clients;
- Answer phones and emails;
- Schedule appointments and manage medical results in the clinic's software;
- Data entry;
- Provide excellent customer service to patients;
- Politely communicate all necessary information to patients;
- Perform all other related duties associated with the position.
Qualifications
- Self-confidence and an aptitude for interacting with courteously the public;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual;
- Fluently bilingual with both spoken and written English and French
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position (in the medical field is an asset);
- Knowledge and mastery of the Microsoft office suite;
- Ability to quickly learn a new electronic medical record/appointment/billing software;
- Discretion and confidentiality;
- Able to work individually and as part of a team;
