- Manage the inventory of office supplies and restock them;
- Collaborate closely with the accounting department;
- Perform various administrative related tasks.
Qualifications
- Reliable and professional;
- Have a very good sense of organization and attention to detail;
- Be respectful of the instructions received;
- Mastery of the following IT tools:
o the Office suite (more specifically Excel)
o current use of Outlook
