Responsibilities
-Here’s what a typical day looks like in the receptionist role:
-Handle and direct incoming and internal phone calls
-Greet and guide visitors
-Provide top-quality customer service
-Sort and distribute mail (internal and external) from a room adjacent to the reception area
-Prepare and send outgoing packages
-Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as drafting letters, creating presentations, mail merges, booking conference rooms, ordering office supplies, etc.
-Prepare envelopes and draft communications for social committees
-Manage office supplies
Qualifications
-Required skills for the position:
-Advanced level of English to effectively understand and redirect calls from English-speaking clients
-Friendly and welcoming personality, with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks calmly and efficiently
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general computer proficiency; ability to learn new systems is an asset
-Punctual, autonomous, and enjoys working on-site
