• Prepare, format, and distribute administrative documents, reports, and internal communications.
• Track, order, and restock office supplies, kitchen essentials, and operational materials.
• Schedule courier services, oversee catering orders, and coordinate routine building facilities services.
• Assist with planning and organizing corporate events, staff meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Provide general business administration and clerical support across various internal departments.
Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of administrative, front desk, or customer service experience, OR a motivated new graduate looking for long-term stability.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or communications preferred.
• High level of comfort working within an oil and gas or energy industry environment.
• Willingness and commitment to manage all core reception, calendar management, and shipping labeling duties outlined.
