Responsibilities
Receive calls via Teams and redirect them to the correct person or department.
Greet visitors courteously and professionally and notify employees of their visitor's arrival.
Manage emails received in the reception email inbox and follow up as necessary.
Control the movement of clients and visitors (ensure that visitors do not circulate in the building unsupervised).
Prepare weekly documents, office signage, and hiring gifts for new employees.
Produce ID/discount cards for new employees following their onboarding and ensure they are given to them before the end of the day.
Ensure that the office and the reception storage space remain organized, uncluttered, and clean.
Post store job openings on the different recruitment platforms.
Sort and distribute internal mail and coordinate postal shipments for Canada Post and other providers.
Qualifications
Bilingualism (French and English).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Comfortable using Teams.
Demonstrate strong Interpersonal skills and excellent Organizational sense.
Ability to manage Multi-tasking under pressure.
Exemplary Professionalism.
