Position: Record Center Specialist

Salary: $17.60 / hour
Record Center Specialists perform rigorous physical duties involving the movement, sorting, and loading of storage items. Operating in a fast-paced environment, team members handle daily order fulfillment using specialized material handling equipment and tracking tools to ensure precise inventory management.

Responsibilities
Manually move, arrange, lift, and load storage boxes, bins, binders, and related materials.
Load and safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and hand carts across various surfaces and inclines.
Process incoming and outgoing orders by reading labels and utilizing handheld scanners.
Input order details and locate inventory using computer systems.
Load, stack, and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.
Maintain physical stamina to walk, stand, climb ladders, balance, and bend throughout the shift.
Qualifications
Ability to regularly grip, lift, push, pull, and carry items ranging from 10 lbs to over 100 lbs independently.
Physical capability to kneel, squat, stoop, reach, crawl, and twist for extended periods.
Proficiency in operating handheld scanners, hand carts, and pallet jacks.
Comfort working at heights, including climbing and balancing on ladders.
Strong attention to detail for reading product labels and accurately processing orders.
