• Perform active sorting, cataloging, and physical filing of incoming and existing paper documents.

• Execute high-volume document scanning using advanced office computers and scanning devices.
• Complete fast and accurate data entry to index digital records into electronic document management systems.
• Safely handle, organize, load, and move file storage boxes weighing up to 25 lbs throughout the file room.
• Maintain meticulous file tracking records to ensure full audit compliance and document security.
• Collaborate with on-site administrative staff to streamline archive retrieval and storage processes.
• Uphold all health, safety, and operational guidelines within the corporate facility at all times.
Qualifications
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and carrying file boxes up to 25 lbs.
• Possession of safety steel-toe footwear required for file room navigation and box handling.
• Completion of a clear background check prior to commencing the placement.
• Agreement to sign a standard corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect document security.
• Previous experience in records management, data entry, scanning, or general office administration is an asset.
