Responsibilities
Event Coordination & Execution: Support recruitment events and hiring campaigns end-to-end by managing logistics, preparing promotional materials, and leading dynamic on-site candidate engagement.
Talent Insights & Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of key talent segments to inform targeted, highly effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
Competitor & Market Research: Benchmark competitor recruitment practices, identify key market trends, and uncover opportunities for our employer brand to stand out.
Employer Brand Storytelling: Conduct interviews with current team members to draft compelling employee spotlight stories and craft engaging social media content for our recruitment campaigns.
Student Program Development: Partner closely with the Lead, Talent Acquisition & Programs to share student insights, evaluate early-career trends, and recommend impactful program enhancements.
General TA Support: Assist with ad-hoc talent acquisition initiatives and team projects as required.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, campus recruitment, or HR operations.
Event & Logistics Skills: Proven ability to organize and execute recruitment events or hiring fairs smoothly.
Content & Branding Savvy: Strong written communication skills with experience creating engaging social media content or employee stories.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable researching market trends and turning candidate feedback into actionable program recommendations.
Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building trust across teams and engaging with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Location: Based in or willing to commute to Calgary, AB.
