- Perform pre-employment background and reference checks.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist talents with their questions.
Qualifications

- Good computer and tech skills.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous recruitment experience (an asset).
