As a Senior Early Talent Recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind the company's mission to attract, develop, and retain promising students and early-career talent across Canada.

• Champion early talent strategy and lead the charge – Drive bold, data-first recruitment initiatives that attract top student talent. Set ambitious hiring targets, build dynamic pipelines, and ignited conversions every term.
• Be the strategic voice at the table – Partner with senior hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted advisor. Bring market insights, competitive intelligence, and game-changing ideas on how to win the war for top talent.
• Own the full-cycle magic – Manage end-to-end recruitment for co-op, internship, summer, and new grad programs. From creative sourcing to candidate experience to offer, you'll ensure every touchpoint reflects competitive edge and employer brand.
• Innovate and experiment relentlessly – Design creative, data-driven sourcing strategies across channels – campus partnerships, social media, student organizations, emerging platforms, and beyond. Test, learn, iterate, and scale what works.
• Energize the brand on campus – Lead initiatives that make the employer of choice among top student talent. Develop strategic partnerships across the enterprise to create buzz, engagement, and genuine excitement about careers.
• Leverage tech to drive impact – Evaluate and implement cutting-edge recruitment tools and platforms. Use analytics and dashboards to measure what matters and continuously optimize your team's performance.
Qualifications
Must Have
• Exceptional communication skills that inspire and engage students, peers, and senior leaders alike.
• 2-4 years of progressive recruitment experience with demonstrated success leading early talent, campus, or graduate recruitment initiatives.
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing, energetic recruitment teams.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills – you can think big while rolling up your sleeves to drive results.
• Advanced stakeholder management and leadership presence; ability to influence senior leaders with creative talent solutions.
• Passion for mentorship and genuine commitment to developing the next generation of talent.
• Event planning expertise and social media savvy – you know how to create buzz and drive engagement.
• Comfort with travel for campus activations, events, and team-building activities.
Nice to Have
• Advanced experience with recruitment platforms like Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools.
• Background in supporting revenue generating function, financial services, Corporate Finance, Banking, or large-scale institutional environments.
• Knowledge of organizational development, talent pipeline planning
• Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor partnerships.
• Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent acquisition.
