Operating in a high-volume, process-driven enterprise environment, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 30 requisitions at a time. Specialized Portfolio Support: Flexibly manage changing recruitment portfolios, with a heavy emphasis on specialized domains like Cybersecurity, AI, Data/Infrastructure, and Software Engineering.
Process & Compliance Adherence: Maintain meticulous record-keeping and data integrity in compliance with highly structured corporate recruiting policies and risk standards.
Sourcing Collaboration: Partner effectively with the dedicated internal sourcing team while applying creative candidate engagement strategies when needed for hard-to-fill roles.

Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
