Responsibilities
• Assist in posting positions to various job boards and career sites.
• Oversee candidate assessment processes.
• Review and distribute candidate documentation.
• Accurately input data into our applicant tracking system.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the candidate experience.
• Create offer letters and manage background checks.
• Communicate recruiting procedures and status updates to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Assist in screening and evaluating resumes.
• Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
• 1+ year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR is preferred; experience in financial services is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and internet skills.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical, and numerical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Knowledge of Workday/Phenom systems is a plus.
