Position: Reporting and Insights Analyst
Competitive salary
Location: Toronto ON or Bedford NS
14 month contract with the possibility of extension
Mostly WFH with the ability to come to office as needed – either Toronto, ON or Bedford, NS

Responsibilities
Navigate and report data from HR platforms (including Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn)
Using Excel and PowerBI, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to extract key metrics and identify trends; responsible for developing key talent management reporting to inform strategic priorities.
Use clear communication to understand and compile incoming requests, as well as present to Senior Leaders and stakeholders.
Work with HR peers, business leaders, and internal partners to ensure process alignment and cohesive insights.
Qualifications
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
•Stakeholder management & engagement – able to build trusted relationships across HR and the wider business, dynamically furthering HR’s impact
•Organizational skills
•Critical thinking skills – able to investigate, troubleshoot, and explain issues to Stakeholders
•Attention to detail
•Lateral & stakeholder communication skills
•Project management & fulfillment
•Maintenance of operational communications – ability to engage a mass audience in a call to action via communications
•Presentation skills – ability to organize and present insights both visually (slides) and in a meeting
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
•Understanding of Workday talent management and reporting capabilities, as well as general recruiting processes
•Confident and familiar working with confidential data
