Salary: $55,000 - $61,000

Responsibilities
Manage a B2B client portfolio in South America and the United States.
Answer calls and direct them to appropriate contacts.
Oversee the entire order cycle, from entry to delivery.
Resolve issues and escalate as needed.
Manage claims, returns, and credits.
Verify export documents and submit them on time.
Maintain communication with internal departments and suppliers.
Support the sales team with operational tasks.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish, English and French (in that order of priority)
Strong B2B experience in the manufacturing sector
Good knowledge of ERP systems
