We are currently recruiting a Customer Support and Sales Representative for Comerco, the Canadian leader in protection plans. In this fully remote position (temp-to-perm contract), you will have the opportunity to advise clients and boost your income with an uncapped commission structure!
Language Requirement Note (Bill 96): Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position as you will be interacting daily over the phone and via email with clients, retailers, and business partners located all across Canada (including English-speaking provinces).

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Identify customer needs, advise them, and seize every opportunity to sell or promote Comerco's protection plans (upselling/cross-selling).
Meet and exceed established sales targets and performance metrics (KPIs).
Answer inquiries regarding warranties, follow up on files, and provide flawless customer service.
Sort customer lists, accurately enter data, and keep client files updated in the system.
Perform various administrative support tasks related to the sales department.
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes?
Sales Experience: Comfortable with sales, negotiation, inbound/outbound calls, and highly motivated by reaching targets and earning commissions.
Bilingualism is essential: Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written (to serve the pan-Canadian market).
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and a professional, smiling phone demeanor.
Autonomy & Organization: Strong ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
Availability: Fully available Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (40h/week).
