sales people in the office will contact this person with requests
Tasks they may be doing for brokerage office
• Corporate searches
• Calling other brokerages for market info
• Zoning searches
• Title searches
• Contact databasing
• Taking property photos
• Creating listing surveys
• Demographic reports
• Geowarehouse reports
Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
Attention to detail
Being able to organize themselves, track urgency
Nice to have skills:
Very helpful if they have a car and driver license
If they have experience working at a real estate company
Years of Experience:
Pretty Open
Education
University Degree preferred
College experience
Software skills:
Excel would be helpful
