Responsabilités
Act as the technical subject matter expert for the data exchange program, overseeing system design, data pipelines, and seamless data integration.
Transition complex, large-scale data programs from initial implementation into stable, scalable daily operations.
Establish and maintain rigorous data quality monitoring, data governance policies, and technical documentation standards.
Collaborate closely with analytics and operational teams to supply accurate data feeds, customized dashboards, and key performance indicators.
Report directly to executive BI leadership to ensure continuous availability, reliability, and security of operational data solutions.
Qualifications
Experience: Deep background in data engineering, integration pipelines, and technical system architecture.
Operational Leadership: Proven track record of leading complex data programs through implementation and operational handoff.
Governance & Standards: Expertise in defining operational processes, data validation controls, and technical documentation.
Domain Knowledge: Background or strong interest in global logistics, transport, or aviation data systems is highly valued.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of French or additional languages is considered an asset.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
