If you are experienced AP Professional with great leadership skills, we want to hear from you!Job Type: Full-time, PermanentHours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PMStart Date: As soon as possibleAdvantages- Full time, permanent position- Great benefits package- Casual dress- Competitive salaryResponsibilities· Supervise, train, and manage a small AP team.· Ensure payables are consistently processed and paid in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.· Manage and process supplier invoices, expense claims and requisitions from receipt to approval, coding, payment and filing in a timely, accurate and efficient manner· Online administration of the corporate VISA program, including setting credit limits, issuing credit cards and replacements, and checking fraudulent transactions.· Manages customer vendor relations, and the implementation of vendor compliance· Online administration of the corporate Concur VISA/Employee Expense program, including maintaining project codes, pulling files and uploading transaction files to Sage 300.· Manages the unclaimed funds process including the remittance of unclaimed funds to the various states and ensure compliance with various state regulationsQualifications· Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience working with multiple companies and meeting tight deadlines.· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or equivalent experience is an asset· Proficient using Outlook and Microsoft Excel.· Experience using Sage 300 is an asset· Effective oral and written communication skills.· Ability to proactively build and maintain relationships and provide quality internal and external customer service.· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a collaborative team-oriented environmentSummaryIf this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you - please apply here today and one of our Staffing Consultants will be in touch.
