You also build a mobilized and competent team and support their initiatives to improve electical processes and practices.       Your challenge!Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will support the plant on a day-to-day by acting as a Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager for the design and implementation of EAI projects with 24/7 Heavy industrial worksite. To be successful in this position, you require strong knowledge in High voltage, possess DC experience and be an excellent team player.  Your Responsibilities    Projects overseeing include both capital improvements and mill modifications.    Project scopes and design, bid specifications, cost estimates,  material procurement, drawing review, project inspection and processing of job completion requirements for electrical and automation related projects    Participate in the development of process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s), electrical and automation drawings.    Design, support, and evaluate automation and control systems to ensure efficient and safe facility operations.     Participate in start-up and commissioning of Mill EAI Capital and modification as well as resolution of open issues    Provide direct support and guidance for programmable logic controllers (PLC), distributed process control systems (DCS), human machine interfaces (HMI), Historian data logging and reporting, and associated instrumentation Your Background and Strengths    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering    Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing role.     Expertise of 480, 2300, 4160 and 12kV power distribution and protective relaying;    Practical knowledge in troubleshooting AC and DC motors, drives and starters;    Experience in a heavy 24/7 industrial manufacturing setting is a definite asset.     Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and computer aided design applications    Experience with SAP as ERP system is considered an assetIND3#revealyourpotential #LifeAtCascadesCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
