Work Hours: 40 hours per week, but flexible, Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5 pm
100% On-Site Work
Benefits after 3 months
RRSP contribution will be put in place
2 weeks of vacation plus 1 week at Christmas and New Year's

Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and update client records in the computer system (general information, sites, buildings, contractual terms, and payment details).
Prepare and send repair quotes, inspection reports, and contract renewal letters.
Generate new business opportunities and assign them to outside sales representatives.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth file follow-up.
Perform various related tasks to support department operations.
Qualifications
Bilingualism (French and English) is required, both spoken and written. Communication on a regular basis with colleagues, partners and suppliers located in Ontario.
Experience in a similar role is essential.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database systems are required.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively as part of a team is required.
A college diploma (DEC) is considered a significant asset.
