Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Ontario-based accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant sectors (confectionaries, cosmetics, pharma, events, etc.).
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain competitive awareness and differentiate our offerings in a market with strong players.
- Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities within Ontario.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in packaging, promotional products, or similar sectors.
- Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of custom or luxury product sales.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Ontario
