Design, build, and present low-level solution architecture diagrams, technical designs, and POCs for complex platform integrations.
Actively monitor, govern, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud consumption and credit utilization to ensure operations remain within contractual limits.
Evaluate incoming business and technical requests, providing constructive feedback or alternative architectures to protect ecosystem integrity and budget constraints.
Evaluate downstream impact and coexistence models across enterprise data platforms, including Azure, Snowflake, and core business applications.
Interface directly with business leads, directors, and external implementation partners to translate business intent into efficient technical capabilities.
Provide technical coaching, mentorship, and cross-training to developers, business analysts, and Scrum Masters.
Maintain complete technical decision logs, document current and target-state architectures, and execute structured onboarding and transition handovers.
