In this senior, strategic leadership role, you will own and grow the end-to-end customer relationship for enterprise accounts leveraging SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS). Acting as the primary client advocate and escalation authority, you will manage the full engagement lifecycle from onboarding and cloud transition into steady-state operations. Responsibilities
Relationship & Account Governance: Own, protect, and scale the overarching SAP ECS client relationship, serving as the definitive operational anchor and main escalation point to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.
Lifecycle Delivery Management: Supervise the complete engagement lifecycle, providing rigid project management governance over customer onboarding, system transition frameworks, day-to-day operations, and offboarding workflows.
Transformation & Adoption Leadership: Drive strategic cloud transformation plans, encouraging organizational adoption of modern S/4HANA methodologies across multi-tenant infrastructures.
Matrixed Integration & Coordination: Act as the central interface alignment point between internal SAP technical engineering squads, third-party system integration partners, and customer business units.
Risk & Performance Telemetry: Enforce comprehensive service delivery standards, managing financial reporting, service level agreements (SLAs), compliance governance, and proactively mitigating delivery risks.
Strategic Advisory & Commercial Growth: Facilitate executive-level innovation workshops to help client organizations envision future technological capabilities while organically discovering net-new business growth paths.
Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of proven professional experience operating as a dedicated Service Delivery Manager, Engagement Manager, or IT Project Manager within enterprise software consulting.
SAP ECS Subject Matter Expertise: Direct, referenceable technical delivery fluency managing environments backed specifically by SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS).
Cloud & ERP Technical Depth: 6 to 8 years of specialized expertise navigating SAP Cloud architectures and S/4HANA infrastructure landscapes.
Executive Presentation Polish: 8+ years of hands-on experience handling complex client relationships, managing conflict, and presenting technical milestones to executive and C-suite stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: 8+ years of cross-functional leadership experience guiding matrixed technical squads, infrastructure engineers, and offshore delivery delivery grids.
